Nadav Kander was the 2019 recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to Photography at the Sony World Photography Awards, credited for his versatility and significant impact on the medium of photography. 

Following a substantial presentation of his work at the 2019 Sony World Photography Awards Exhibition at Somerset House in April, The Circle of Friends Willy Brandt Haus, Berlin presents 128 portraits by the artist alongside the 2019 Sony World Photography Awards exhibition including works by Photographer of the Year Federico Borella and Stephan Zirwes winner of 1st place in the professional category Architecture with his series Cut Outs - Pools, 2018.
