During a Radio 4 broadcast about Art & Anatomy, forensic anthropologist Sue Black asked the artist Ken Currie if he had ever seen a dissection and then invited him to see one for himself. Out of that experience, the idea for a portrait emerged. Together they will discuss the process of making this portrait which was recently acquired for the Portrait Gallery.
