We are delighted to see Lisa Jahovic's work on the cover of the 2024-2025 issue of The Steidz, with A Map of Absences featured. A series of works within Jahovic's Spring 2024 exhibition at our Cork Street space, 'A Map of Absences' transforms and challenges everyday objects into engaging new forms. Through a mix of absurdist humour, philosophical inquiry and experiment, Jahovic invites viewers to a cerebral celebration of the nuances found in daily life, as her practice makes the inanimate animated and creates unexpected dialogues, giving voice to the seemingly mundane.
