Lorenzo Vitturi included in Madhavendra Palace's sculpture park.

Lorenzo Vitturi's Valle Sagrado Soil and Ca D’Oro Marble in Murano (2022) is currently hanging in Jaipur's Madhavendra Palace as part of the 3rd edition of their sculpture park.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With this sculpture, Vitturi highlights the importance of exchanging narratives and knowledge between geographically distant cultures through unexpected encounters of craft and material (wool, bamboo silk, Murano glass and straw brooms). All elements are sourced from the artist's places of origin, Venice and Peru, and it was made in collaboration with local communities of artisans in India.
