Each painting is a journey to capture the essence of a landscape, reflecting the emotions I feel as I am in it. I endeavor to make work that represents in some way, the profound and complex sensations I feel when confronted with the staggering wonder of the natural world.
Emma Turpin studied Fine Art Printmaking at West Surrey College of Art and Design followed by a postgraduate in Fine Art at the Slade School of Art in 1987.
